You are an experienced IT security professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing robust information security policies and practices. With a passion for protecting sensitive data and ensuring regulatory compliance, you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You excel at collaborating cross-functionally with teams across quality, regulatory, and engineering, ensuring the organization’s security framework remains strong. As the Information Security Manager, you will own the Turing Information Security Program. This includes both the creation of policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as the implementation and improvement of the program. Your focus will be on core organizational security needs, including data protection, incident response, disaster recovery, and risk management. You will regularly assess the company’s security posture, develop training programs to educate employees on best practices, and coordinate cybersecurity audits and compliance initiatives. You will also own the corporate IT function, including the enterprise IT infrastructure, employee laptop management, IT helpdesk, and overall IT improvement roadmap.

You are a detail-oriented operations professional and thrive in structured environments. You have hands-on experience in troubleshooting devices, networking, or manufacturing operations, and enjoy talking to customers and suppliers. You understand how things work and are comfortable diving in to solve issues when they arise. You have a working knowledge of FDA regulations in medical device manufacturing or a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Note that this role is hybrid and candidates must be based in the St. Louis area or willing to relocate immediately.
You will play a key part in keeping our systems and processes running smoothly. From monitoring AWS pipelines to maintaining dashboards and leading manufacturing operations, you’ll have your hands on a variety of tasks that directly impact our workflow. You’ll troubleshoot software and hardware issues, assist the R&D and engineering teams in engaging with customers with technical problems, and work on improving processes where possible. You’ll document operations and service activities for the FDA and write and improve our SOPs as we grow.
